PPS60-P Pulse Heat Controller
With Watlow F4 Series programmable temperature controller
The PPS60-P Pulse Heat Controller is designed for rapid heating and cooling of GaAs laser devices and similar delicate materials, when configured with a Cammax Precima supplied heated workholder.
This versatile unit can be used in a stand alone capacity for manual die bonding using tweezers, or with a suitable manual or automatic Die Bonder.
The PPS60-P can also be used in conjunction with earlier style EDB80 Cammax supplied Die Bonders.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM
A Watlow F4 series controller is incorporated as standard for rapid, precise heating and cooling temperature profiles. Multiple program storage provides the ability to store individual programs for various types of heated workholders, catering for flat sub-mounts, TO Headers, and C- Mount type packages. A range of interchangeable workholders is available to suit most applications.
